Help Wanted - Ushers & Greeters

Stewardship is not only a monetary gift but a giving of one's time and talent to our church family.  We need ushers for the 8:30and 10:45 services.  On the present schedule you serve every four to five weeks.  We also need greeters to welcome visitors at both services.  At present, the Vestry Person of the Day serves as that contact.  I would also like to form a Newcomers Committee to follow-up with visitors and make them feel welcome.  We can make them aware of the many opportunities available that may fit their God given talent.  Please contact Hal Neal (Vestry Liaison) at 770-844-0545 or email at hbneal@comcast.net.

Hearing Aid Donations

The Starkey Hearing Foundation is collecting used hearing aids to be repaired and given to those who cannot afford them. Most of these donations are given to children worldwide. If you have an old hearing aid, please donate it to this project. The Fair Market Value is the responsibility of the donor. The children are so thrilled when they can first hear. You will find a box in the Parish hall. Thanks.
