A new Parish Directory will be published this Fall and we wish to have the most current and up-to-date information on everyone who attends ECOHS. If your address has changes or you wish to add additional contact information,please fill out this form and put it in the offering plate or bring it by the church office.

Also, as members of Holy Spirit, we often would like to do business with fellow parishioners.  For the first time we will be selling small, card sized ads for inclusion in our Parish Directory.  The funds raised from these ads will be used to further the mission work for ECOHS.  It is suggested that a $25.00 donation be made for each ad.  You may either use your business card or make up one of your own.  There is a space limitation of 1 inch high, by 2 inches wide.
